Influence of Process Parameters on Filling and Feeding Capacity during High-Pressure Die-Casting Process

چکیده

The quality of high-pressure die casting (HPDC) is largely determined by the process parameters. objective to study influence parameters on melt filling and feeding capacity. research carried out means numerical simulations orthogonal experiments. results show that different. piston velocity fast stage has most obvious impact. As increases, capacity also increase. injection temperature should not be too low; otherwise, it would easy cause gas porosity. slow high; air entrainment. pressure maintaining time due ingate solidifying prematurely. recommended are a 660–680 °C, 0.1–0.2 m/s in stage, 2.4–3.2 stage. This suggests appropriate technology adopted delay solidification order realize effect pressurization.
